You and your fiancé will be met in the present stages of your wedding planning process. Together, we will discuss your wedding plans, details and vision of what you both imagine your special day to be. We understand that every couple is unique. We want to help you to design a one of a kind, beautiful wedding that reflects your own personal style and is as unique as the two of you.
Rehearsal and Wedding Day Package
A Mardee’s consultants will meet with you three times 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding to review wedding information, contracts and coordinate with vendors

Final checklist review
Instruct attendants on their roles and responsibilities
Etiquette consulting
Detail wedding day itinerary for the wedding party and vendors
Rehearsal, Wedding and Reception coordination
Final vendor confirmation
Attend final detail appointment at the selected venues the month of the wedding
Attend final detail and prototype appointment with floral designer the month of the wedding
Review vendors' contracts
Oversee proper set up and design of ceremony and reception areas
Clean up ceremony and reception areas after the wedding
Accompany Bride to final fitting session
Bustling of your wedding dress
Receive all deliveries, greet and supervise vendors
Acceptance and assistance with the distribution and pinning for personal flowers
Assist the photographer with the gathering of wedding party and family for pictures as needed
Coordinate the collection of gift received on the wedding day
Make sure the entertainment proper electricity, staging, lighting and seating
Distribute final payments and gratuities on your behalf
Collection of gift, guest book,pen, cake top, toasting glasses, remaining cake, centerpieces, etc. and deliver them to their designated places
Decorate your honeymoon suite on your wedding night if located within a reasonable radius
